I've been a Fitbit user for about a year and a half now. Within this time I've gone through 2 surge watches. Now while I am amazed at the technology of Fitbit and everything it offers, I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the Surge. This watch is branded as the wearable for a really active lifestyle and it has yet to deliver in my active lifestyle.
Any suggestions out there on what I should do to get my watch repaired or replaced?

@Ferris_D If your Surge has Band issues there are replacement bands on Amazon. If there are any other issues that make the watch unuseable then you're out of luck. They are considered "disposable." You can buy another Surge. But its documented history of a high failure rate should raise a red flag. There are other manufacturers that sell more durable Sports Watches. If you have the time, browse the Surge Forum and see what actual users have to say. Good luck. PS I'm on my 4th Surge in 18 months. The first 3 have all failed for different reasons. When this 4th one dies (and its warranty) I am moving to Garmin. The Surge concept for me is a 10. Its quality doesn't even register as a 0.

Nice to see you around @VF31AE3. Glad to see you on board @Ferris_D, welcome!
In regards to your question, Fitbit doesn't have a repair store or a place so it can be repaired. For you to have the best possible experience I've requested to our Support team to create a case on your behalf to check your warranty options. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.
Have a great day!

Git that replacement before your warranty runs out cause when it does they won't be replacing squat. Oh and the warranty date applies from your original devices purchase date or DOES NOT start from scratch with the replacement device. Trust me I have been through this. Praise the lord for Prime day cause I just upgraded to a Garmin that you can change the strap on!
Happy jogging buddy
