Inaccurate GPS on my Surge

Hi, I recently bought a Surge, and after a few runs I've realised that the distance tracking when using the GPS is completely off - roughly 100m in every km which is very significant. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Hi @BenjaminMiller, welcome aboard to our community. When is regard about GPS accuracy I recommend to wait until your location is fix by your Surge. If you start moving before the signal is found, the tracker uses your step count to estimate the distance you traveled before GPS tracking began. Therefore, the total distance calculated for the activity may be slightly less accurate than if you'd waited for the GPS fix before you started moving.
