@Mdlibb Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange. I will recommend to try the route again, but first, perform a restart on your tracker. This will fix any inaccuracies. Also, adjusting your stride length is a great way to have accurate distance recorded. Check this post about GPS accuracy.
