Incorrect data when using two trackers

I have two fitbits & at the end of yesterday I synced them both and found the data on the dashboard was incorrect. There was no data during the time I had been at the gym wearing my surge and then I noticed that there was no data on stairs when I know I went up/ down stairs when wearing my surge at the gym and later when wearing my flex 2. Everything is syncing & I have logged off the app then re-started.This is so frustrating when you know you've worked super-hard to hit goals & then it shows you as under achieving!

Any advice?

Thanks

Thanks for those details, I'd like to know if you're familiar with this information on how to use more than one Fitbit trackers with the same Account. Since there are some important details that you need to take in count when syncing your trackers so they don't overlap the information. It's best, if you choose a tracker by day and sync your information after you finish your workouts. My friend @MarlenS also gives some wonderful tips  that you can consider when using two Fitbit trackers.

A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community family @JudySB! If you already checked the information above and didn't solve your inquiries you can check the information that was posted recently about Multiple trackers in one Fitbit Account. Take a look of this thread in case that you're having similar issues and if you need anything else, please let me know!
