Hi
I've had my Surge for about a year and it's been perfectly fine until a couple of days ago. It ran out of battery (something it's done before) and after charging it, it has failed to connect back to my iPhone 6+. I've tried reconnecting to my iPhone, iPad and Mac - all have failed.
I've tried all recommendations listed in this forum and none work. It's definitely a problem with the Surge!
Help?

Halo @SimonMcC thanks for stopping by! Thank you for your participation in the forums!
You did a really good job with the research, thanks for taking the time on checking other posts and try those steps! If you already tried to connect with via mobile device. It'd be best to try the computer option via Dongle. You can use a Windows PC or a Mac computer to do so, hope you have that option. Make sure to have only your Fitbit and the device that you're using to connect, turn off other Bluetooth devices or your phone's; in case that you have more Bluetooth devices around. And remember to restart your Surge a couple of times, before trying so.
Keep me posted with the outcome!
