Have used a Fitbit Surge for over a year. Like the function of running my mouse pointer over graphs in the Dashboard, and getting the actual numbers for any section of the graph. Ex: Run my mouse over my RHB graph for the last 30 days, and the actual numeric values for the graph appear as I track down the graph. This functionality has magically appeared and disappeared before. Was working fine for weeks, and died again today. Is this a function of the Fitbit servers or something like Flash Player in Windows? Insight appreciated. Thanks.

Dominique, figured out the "issue". I did make one change on my computer yesterday. Generally use Chrome, but Fitbit Dashboard was running under Edge. After running into an incompatibility issue with and unrelated app yesterday, told Windows 10 to force all apps to use Chrome. Have found Edge to be much more unstable than Chrome under Windows 10. Bit ironic that Microsoft's own browser is much more buggy than Chrome. Anyway, forced Fitbit Dashboard to run under Edge, and functionality is back. My guess is there is some browser plug-in missing in Chrome. Bill

If by "RHB" you mean "resting heart rate", it’s still possible to see the actual numerical values when hovering on the graph with the mouse, as you can see here:
BTW, this is with Chrome as the browser, in Windows 7.

Dominique, appreciate the feed back. I am aware of the functionality, and have used it hundreds of times. Using Windows 10 with Chrome. Functionality worked fine yesterday, and doesn't work today on the same laptop. Have had this happen several times in the past. Something is changing without my input. Was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this. Bill
