i just got a new SURGEreplacement ..within 5 days the left button stopped working..so though the watch is syncing with my android..i can see the clock heartbeats steps etc.But i am unable to go to settings, like workout for weights run etc.Am unable to shut down. I was told to hold the left and right lower button for sometime..but as the right button is not working it does not happen.With great difficulty got this replacement and within 5 days this problem.Please advise
