I gave my partner my surge as I got the blaze but it doesn't load and just comes up with certificate is corrupted, I tried loading via the phone and it just goes around in circles for about an 1 hour and longer. What can I do. The surge doesn't show up on my account.

Welcome to the Forums @carlsandra! Could you tell me where the "certificate is corrupted" message appears? If it's in your partner's phone, share a screenshot of it. Did you create a new account for your partner? If you did, where are you trying to set up the Surge, through a mobile device or PC? Which operative system the mobile device or computer is: Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Windows phone? Having that information will help me to further guide you through this process.

Hello there, @carlsandra! Hmmm.. Have you checked if you have the latest version of the App on that phone? Also make sure that it is compatible. And could you please attach a screenshot of the message you are getting?
