Fitbit logged me out. Then when I tried logging back in it tried syncing with old Fitbit one that I’ve not used for years. Does this mean I’ve lost all my data?

No your data is fine..... just move your one out of range of your phone and sync your surge a few times and everything will be fine 😉 If you no longer use the one you might want to remove it from your account so this doesn't happen again.
