Long Run Data - No Map, No KM Splits, eternally buffering

Did a 43k run.  Synced to iPhone6+.  Total time, Distance, Av. Pace, Av. Heart Rate, Calories all recorded & displaying.  Map does not display, No KM splits displaying.  Have previously had success on 30k+ runs (up to 3hrs data) this run is closer to 4hrs.

Have re-connected blue tooth, re-booted ph, charged everything......

What can I do?

@Chiara88, have you tried syncing your Surge via a computer with the dongle?

I had the same problem with a 32k run! Annoying when you have done a long run and you cannot see the map and the km split. I am trying to train for a marathon and it would be useful knowing the km split!

Can you post a screen shot of your main Fitbit.com Dashboard and another of your Activity History; I'd love to see how the dashboard represents your run.

Here's how it looks inside the exercise, no map and no km split.

@Surfyn I hope you're doing well! I'm glad to hear you were able to find a solution for this issue. Take a look at the Discussions Board, feel free to post on any interesting thread you want.

@Chiara88 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you tried what @shipo suggested to check on a computer, it could be that the run contains too much data and that is why is taking forever to load!

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
