I purchased a Surge over a year ago and love it. Today, the clasp broke and I can't find it.
After calling support, they offer a 25% discount on a new Surge. Really? I cant find a replacement clasp anywhere online and find it hard to believe that Fitbit would make me purchase a completely new unit (that's working fine) because a 50 cent piece fell off.
The pins are still there waiting for a new clasp. Can someone help?
