Hi
I have my Fitbit Surge for over 2 years. Until recently it worked fine.
The last few months I've noticed that the step count and HR measuring is not accurate.
Today, for example, I exercised on a trendmill for 40 minutes at average speed of more than 6 km/h. The trendmill displayed that I passed 4.8km while the fitibt showed 2.05km. This happens quite a lot recently.
Do you know what can be the problem and how to fix it?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
