My Fitbit Won't Record Stats

When I put my Fitbit Charge into "Bike" mode it stops recording heart rate, pulse etc and won't pair with my mobile's GPS!!  Why????  Grateful for any suggestions,

Thanks for posting your question here. It looks like you're using the feature Connected GPS, this feature is available for this trackers (Charge 2, Blaze and Versa). Can you please which one are you using?

 

But if this is not working please restart your tracker and try these steps to make it work. You can let me know if you have questions about it.
