My new replacement Surge is stuck on Lets get started . Help

Ive tried pressing all the buttons together, nothing seems to work, is there anyway u can rebot it? Using my iphone 6 and Macbook pro.

Welcome to the Community @Sford72! It seems that you're stuck on "Let's get started" message on Fitbit Connect. Have you tried closing the program and starting the process again? If you're getting this error in your Surge then please try to restart it.
