I cannot sync tracker with my PC which means I cannot sync with my windows phone (nokia lumia). On my computer I get to the finishing screen after entering the four digit code and it just sits there until eventually going back to step one to do the whole thing again! I have tried everything from restarting my surge, uninstalling the fitbit app and reinstalling etc and nothing is working... beginning to get really annoyed with it because there doesnt seem to be any reason why it isnt working!!
please help before i throw it out the window

Welcome to the Community @lauralinter! Can you provide me with more details about why your Surge isn't syncing to your computer? Please try this procedure to get your steps shown in your Dashboard. Also, please double check that your Lumia is posted here; your tracker will sync to your app if it's listed.
