My surge is not loading

When I connect the device to electricity it is no sign of loading.

I use my surge a lot and loading was never a problem.

I also restarted 3 times but it did not change anything.

I bought my surge March 2015.

I am sorry to bother you for some help.

Additionally, it could be a good idea plugging the charging cable on a different USB port. If none of this works, please get in touch with the Support Team and let them know the workarounds you performed so they can provide further assistance.

My surge is loading but the cable for electricity is sensitiv, it needs som trials.

I should want the battery to last longer, two days is not much.

I get an easy sync when I want by using Fitbit App on the smartphone.

Thanks for the updates @TomBl. You can find useful workarounds to maximize your tracker's battery life here. Regarding the sensitive cable for electricity, it would be better contacting Customer Support. They might be able to investigate your case and provide assistance as soon as possible.
