How do i reaquite a connection with my new android phone?

You don't need to go through the setup process again. You just need to logon as an existing user using the same Id and password as you used before.

Welcome @ConfusedinAddis! Yup as @SteveH mentioned you only need log in to your existing Fitbit account. Or course the first steps would be downloading the Fitbit app first, you can do it by clicking on this link.
