OK, I'm hugely annoyed by this now. My surge has always struggled to sync to the Android app. I have to keep trying and trying and eventually it may or may not sync. More often than not however I have lost the steps etc from the last couple of days by the time it does.
Now it will not sync at all.
Fitbit, please give me some assistance. I'm not a happy bunny - especially as I'm onto my 3rd surge after the bands keep failing

Same issue with my Surge as well. I am very annoyed. It's like my the bluetooth on the surge device is not working as expected. Can this be rectified?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
