I have a Fit Bit Surge that is 2 years old, the watch works perfectly fine except for that button.
Just because the watch is older does not mean that I should just throw it away. Just offering a 25% off coupon just seems petty to me, If you are going to sell hi end products then you should stand behind that product. Then what I have is a 250.00 piece of trash. And you are going to tell me that there is not a soft ware update that cannot fix this issue. It is sad that you would have to replace your device every two years.

@disappointedx Couldn't agree more. However. The non working button is most likely a mechanical issue. It's not likely a software or firmware update will fix the problem. In any case. The Surge has been discontinued and replaced by the Ionic. Unlike the Surge It has replaceable bands. Like the Surge it does not have a replaceable battery. Good luck.
