With Fitbit you have the option to export Activity data such as steps, distance, floors, total calories burned, calories burned from activity, sedentary minutes, active minutes, and some other body and sleep stats. The data available depends on which type of tracker you have. Is this what you need?

A way to get more Run stats is an excellent idea and I would like to encourage you to vote and place your comments in this request that was already suggested here: Running Stats, members of the Community can place new ideas in this board so they can be implemented in a future update, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
You can also post your own idea in our Feature Suggestions board where our developers can check what our Fitbitters need and take this in consideration for the next updates.
As mentioned before in the Fitbit.com Dashboard on your computer you can export activities stats but there is no option to export just run activities. Your suggestion can help to change this!
