Hello, everyone. I am new the fit bit family, my hubby had bought the Surge and I'm really liking it. But. . . I tried to connect my phone via blue tooth to my van it screwed up my fit bit app. My fit bit will no longer sync with my the app. I have tried restarting my Surge and my phone but it only stays synced for a few hours. I'm by no means a tech lady so that's the amount of my skills. I made sure my Bluetooth was working (though I still can't get it to sync with my van) What else should I try doing?

I just started having the same issue yesterday. says last synced yesterday.

I had the same problem. My surge is paired to my cell phone and laptop. After i have done a sync i must uninstall and install fitbit on my cell phone as well as re-rest the tracker and at times also unpair and pair again. What i have done recently is unpair the surge and my cell and i only sync the surge through my laptop. Sometimes with the first attempt to sync it says "error" , but when i do it again it syncs the data. Most times the sync works the very first time. Hope this helps.
