Hey y'all i am kinda need help now so,on my Fit- bit Surge it is showing 9:34 when it is really 9:54. I have went in the settings and reset it and left it off for a least 5 minutes. I contacted fit-bit costermer email and they said it would be 2 days before they can help me, so anybody got any sugtions.

Welcome to the forums!
With it being so close I would look at your phone time or your computer.
Other wise set it to a different time zone sync it and set it back

I have similar issue, only its now days behind. It was just one day, I work out of state so each time my surge dies, I cannot get home to connect to computer to charge it until the end of the week, then it loses more time. I've been trying to sync but my app keeps closing soon after I open it.
