All other elements are syncing without an issue - HR won't sync to the app or online. I have tried to reset the device; however, I find that it is still not syncing the HR.
mine won't either. it won't sync with app on phone and when I pull up online does not even have sync button up to try and sync. my guess and this is a total guess is that their is a problem right now on their end of it that won't allow device to sync right now.
