Next Generation Surge or similar

I love my Surge which I have had for almost 2.5 years,  and find the Fitbit app to be very user friendly and informative. I am however in the market for a watch that would be able to log my swimming and preferably a full triathlon. Is Fitbit working on something that would be able to meet my current needs. I'm more than happy to wait for the next generation Surge type.

The Flex 2 is swim proof, which logs swimming automatically. 

When added to the account, it appears as second tracker, possible to swap between tracker(s) at any time.

Thanks unfortunately that is not a good solution. I'd need one ctracker
that is waterproof and has both a heart rate monitor and GPS

It's possible to add suggestions to the feature suggestions section where the fitbit developers are able to see all awesome ideas.
