I've just added a second Surge to my account (first one strap broke after 7 months). The first one worked fine, but this one keeps saying 'No Shortcuts" when I try and start an exercise. I have checked the app and web and they are there. Also I've turned Surge off and back on again and syched it, still no joy.

@SunsetRunner For this issue try removing your shortcuts on the app/web dashboard and sync again. After this re-enter the shortcuts. Also it is really important that your tracker is running its latest firmware so please make sure it is up to date.
