No Shortcuts

i need help when I click on exercise it says "no shortcuts set on mobile or web" which I did but they are not on the watch - how do I fix is?

Good morning Pam, sync your surge, then push the home (left button), tap exercise then swipe left to right through the shortcuts.  If the shortcut choices aren't there double check your dashboard settings by going to fitbit.com  clicking the grey'd gear in the upper right corner, click the picture of your Surge, and scroll way to the bottom to see what "Exersise Shortcuts" are listed (use the blue "edit" to shuffle/add/subtract as you like). Sync again and repeat the "push the home (left button).... above.

Thanks for responding! When I tap exercise it says "no short cuts set on mobile or web" I cannot swipe left or right. I have "run" and I've added other things online but nothing other then run shows up. Sent from my iPad

Reset your Surge, it is confused Pam.

Hold down both the home and select (left and bottom right) buttons together - wait until the screen starts to fade before letting go (longer than you think).

After the screen has been dark about 30 secs, press the home button to turn your surge back on.

Now press the home (left) button and see if swiping resumes.
