Hey guys, i have had contacted support and they told me i would be getting an email in 1-2 business day, its been over 1 Week now. Still no response or update on my case. while i had sended them my Case number/w  an image of the surge, damaged . I have got no clue what to do, as their Live chat is gone? , While Email has no luck , ( Phone call waiting line is very long , im 120 and its been that for past 20min)

That happened to me before too. Start a new claim and just put your old claim number in the new claim for a reference. They should reply within 2 days. Seems like it's a system glitch that causes this. Good luck!

Thanks! but this is my 3rd  case number, Every time i chat they always claim they had emailed me but ive never got an email/response back. Which is bit worrying , to me
And every time i chat they always give me a new case number
