No shortcuts showing in Exercise Mode

When I go into exercise mode, my Surge won't give me a choice of exercises. Eg Stationary Rower. How do I get it to give me my exercise options

A warm welcome to the Forums @Cate38. It's weird to hear that your Surge is not providing you options to exercise. Are you seeing this options from your Surge or it disappeared? If you are not able to see this, in the meantime, please restart your tracker by following @MeylinP's instructions.

I've turned off my tracker in settings and then restarted it. I then scroll to and select exercise - this is when I get a message that says "NO SHORTCUTS. Set on mobile or web. I thought that I had done that!! Please give me some instructions on how to fix this

It's ok. I've done it. (Not sure how). All my normal exercise activities are now showing on the tracker,
