Not Tracking miles

Hi,

My Surge stopped tracking my miles about 3 weeks ago after the last update.  For example I have walked over 5,000 steps today and it is still showing my miles as less than a mile 0.32 miles to be exact.  I have updated my stride length hoping that would help but it hasn't.  I have also done a restart.

Welcome to the forums!

 

You should try doing a restart 3 times in a row. Sometimes it helps

 

If it doesn't then I would contact support
