Not allocating badges for steps

Hi, I've done more than 30,000 steps on 3 occasions now but Fitbit has never allocated me any badges for it? I haven't manually entered exercises they were just earned by general daily steps. Does anyone know why this is?

Welcome to our Community @MrsOzzy! I'll be happy to help you with this. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to get your badges. You can find them on your Badges tiles on your Dashboard. If you don't have it, go to your Dashboard>Click on the circle on the left upper corner and there you'll see the hidden tiles. Select them and save.
