I am struggling as well!!! All month long in order to get to synch I have to: turn on/off bluetooth, on/off location, be on wifi, uninstall & reinstall Surge, typically connect surge to my laptop. Seems ridiculous to have all these steps EVERY time I use my watch!!! Worked yesterday after 40min of dinking with it, app is UTD & today same effin' drama. Plus fitbit no longer seems to respond to direct tweets on Twitter!! What the heck?!?
