Not syncing properly

I did an hour spin class yesterday and when I left I synced my watch to my phone. The app said I hadn't done any exercise 😩 What have I done wrong?

Hello my friend, welcome on board @Hannaahh22! Is the first time this happens to you? Have you tried to sync another activity? Have you made sure that your app is up-to-date? Did you try logging out and logging back in?

Yep it's the first time this has happened! I've synced activities since then no problem
