Had to reinstall app once yesterday and three times today to sync with my iPhone X. What’s happening?

Thanks for posting your inquiry here and for trying those steps to solve the issue you're facing. I'm not sure what happened that day with you Fitbit but why don't you try the suggestions in this post with your iPhone X, I'm sure it can help.
