Not tracking active minutes

For the last couple of weeks I have noticed that my surge is not counting actives minutes when I work out. Workouts usually last for an hour. Is there any solution to this problem?

Feel free restarting the tracker if not already done (may be required to do a few times)

Welcome to the forums @Jlbslim16! In addition to @SunsetRunner's excellent response; I also recommend to 

sync from your computer, first clearing your cookies and Cache on your browser. Here is how to do it. Then, let's update the Fitbit App through iOS here and Android here and last but not least; let's see if we need to update your tracker through a computer here also through Android here and iOS here
