Would you mind checking the instructions that I suggested in this master post to get notifications on your Surge! Are you getting call notifications or an specific error while trying these steps?

They work sometimes. I need to disable them, sync, enable, sync and then
they work. Once Bluetooth connection is not there, and later I connect it
again, it doesn't work!!
What is going on?!

I have not been able to receive notification of late.. don't know when it started happening but long enough for me to take notice... cause I got missed call but not showing at my Fitbit Surge...

@Manav123 I appreciate the details about the issue you're having. Which model of phone are you using? Did you check the Permissions and leave Location on to keep the syncing in a more effective way. Please restart your Surge a couple of times in a row in case that it is having hardware issues? If you have any other compatible device to test it out, it'd be great to make sure it is tracker the one is having a hard time connecting before contacting our Support Team!
@petra74 Did you tried everyone of the steps listed in this post to make sure that both your phone and Surge has everything that they need to connect. What phone are you using?

Hi @Manav123! Thanks for trying all those steps, but this specific model is not compatible with Fitbit, that's why not all features work smoothly, but thanks for the feedback!
