There are not enough good things I could say about this company, you have the most amazing support team there is, your product is exemplary to other products on the market, I proudly wear and promote the fitbit products and this community, as well as the tech support! This product has changed my life, and I could not be happier, thank you Fitbit, from the bottom of my heart!

Just wait...Fitbit doesn't stand behind their products! Three different Surges in 16 months and NOW they say my warranty has expired! Fitbit is a terrible company!

Your wrong, they do stand behind there products! Not looking to pick a fight here, but any issue I have had fixed or replaced. as has other people I know, from as simple as a new cable to charge, to a 2nd replacement and discounts, I have nothings but incredible things to say about this company! 1000% satisfied!

I use to say the same thing. Let me repeat this...3 different Surges in 16 months. None of them lasted more than 7 months. If Fitbit was a reputable company, they would recall the product and offer a replacement. It is simple, a $250+ tracker/watch should last more than 7 months. I have a Garmin running watch I have had for years. When the wristband broke last year, they mailed me a new band. At a minimum, Fitbit should be offering to send replacement bands. This would satisfy the vast majority of the people on this forum. But no, they insult you by offering you 25% off a new Fitbit.
