Pace display on Free Run

Hi

 

I have just received my 3rd replacement Surge & I've noticed that when using free run, where the pace you are running at is usually displayed at the bottom left of the screen, it just says pace rather than displaying the pace you are running at? GPS is working & when I sync at the end of a run the pace stats are there, but I want to be able to see how fast I'm running at the time. I didn't have this problem with previous Surge's.

Welcome to the Community @SianD! Pace should show in your Surge, while using Free Run. It kind looks like the GPS isn't being recognize at all. I would like you to try with any other exercise that can show you pace to see if it shows. Please try restarting it.
