Permanent Buzz!!

My surge randomly started vibrating / buzzing on my wrist at 04:15hrs this morning! I didn't have an alarm set on it, certainly not for that time anyway! Turned it off and it continues to buzz even whilst off (blank screen). I have done a hard reset and still it continues to buzz.... 

 

I left it buzzing on its own until now so that it let it drain its battery; i have just plugged it in to charge and its started buzzing away again for no good reason....

 

Anyone had similar?? and other than hitting it really hard with a hammer, is there a way to stop it buzzing?? The watch still works, although it is currently showing 04:22hrs (time i switched it off and did a hard reset).

Contact support and see what your options are. Its defective
