I've managed to connect my pixel 3 to my surge but I'm not receiving text/call alerts. Any ideas?

Me too, that seems strange. We both have new versa2 devices and Android 10 on pixel3 phones but mine seems to work fine. I get my message notifications and it's working pretty well.

I added my work iPhone as a device. Works like a charm. I even did the
whole delete the app, restart with no Bluetooth game. Still not working.
