A warm welcome to the Forums @raypj! Thanks @WendyB for this helpful link. As you can see in the picture, on the back of the Fitbit Surge there is an entry which has an specific shape that matches with one side of your Fitbit charger. If you plug it into the computer and it is not charging try a different USB port. You also can try to charge it on the wall, use a UL-certified connector to do so, as the link recommends. But if you notice that it is not charging after that, please restart your tracker.
