Recently I had condensation in my surge tracker from perspiration Problem #1 is its ridiculous that a fitness tracker cannot handle sweat. Problem #2. I contacted costumer support and they were very nice and agreed to replace the tracker but then I got an email stating that because of a possible strike with Canada Post they cannot ship it to me. I've phoned back twice and sent three reply emails and have gotten no where. I suggested using a courier at my expense - no deal. I suggested I pick up a new one at a retail store - no deal. It's as if the people I'm dealing with in Manila don't have a clue.. So frustrating Maybe I'll just buy a different brand...any suggestions?

Keep the contact thread going
Copy your recent thread and then attach it to a new help email (fitbit support email)

Worked for me eventually

If your a premium member, let them know you want some priority

I think they are just mad busy sending out thousands of replacement surges at the moment

@Cmadlung A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Surge is getting condensation. Your post caught my attention since it has no response. I would like to know if the issue persists and if you received a response from our Support team since I would like to follow up on this.

Looking forward to your response my friend! Smiley Happy
