Hi, for the last couple of weeks it has become increasingly difficult to 'swipe' the screen so that I can see my step count. I now can't see them at all on the screen although they do show up on the phone. The screen is also misty, as if there is some condensation inside although it hasn't got wet at all. It's difficult to see the time.
Hoping you can help
Kate

You need to put it in some rice to draw the moisture out. AT least 48 Hours
If that doesn't work contact support

@K8tie Hi K8tie. If your Surge is within the Warranty period call Customer Support. If there is condensation in the display uncooked rice will draw it out but not prevent it from getting in. It will happen again. The Surge has a bad seal. Best of luck.
