Had my Surge for about a year and a half and the band is falling apart. So disappointing that Fitbit does not offer repair services and that your only option is to buy a new Surge. Recommendation for the next rendition is to have replacement bands. It is a shame that the item is still fully functional but the band is lacking in the quality department.
