vibration alerts while charging overnight

Over the past week I have been woken most nights by the Surge vibrating continuously until it is unpluged from the charge cable. When the vibration starts It does not respond to any button presses as if it is locked up and the display does not indicate it is an alarm, only the normal clock screen is displayed. It is not the same time every time but typically happens between 3:30 am and 4:15 am and only occurs while charging  not while being worn during the night. I have replaced the power cable, and using a 2ah USB power source which does not present any issue with higher power demanding devices(iPhone) and have power cycled the Surge, without resolving the issue.  Help.

Welcome to the forums!

First off I would check this post for best charging practices if you are not using the proper USB adapter you could be ruining the battery

Then Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
