The RHR graph on the website differs from the one on IOS or Android. On the website for example the RHR show fluctuation daily, say 48 one day 49 the next 47 the day after whilst the one on mobile shows a consistant 47 every day, straight line. I have noticed this over time. The accuracy sems perfect, measuring from other devices and manually, and I understand that the RHR is lower whilst asleep, it is just that the graphs differ and I do not know why!

Thanks for popping by the forums @dogenzenji! Thanks for the feedback. That's odd, they should be showing the same information, if it's possible for you to reply with screenshots of your heart rate graphs to compare the information, that would be very helpful to determine why this is happening.
I'll be waiting for your response!

Thanks for getting back.
My Normal RHR varies between 46 and 50, the IOS and Android agree on a 49 flat for the last seven days, the windows graph varies between 48 and 50 up and down as you can see and not flat. Have noticed this since owning the Surge TBH...

Thanks for replying @dogenzenji. I appreciate you taking the time to post this pictures, they're of great help. I haven't heard about it but it look like a bug from the App. Our team is already aware of the issue to further investigate. I agree with you, it looks like 49 bpm is more suitable in your case. Once again thanks for this information, it's really appreciated.
See you around!
