Red LED light suddenly ON and can’t off it...

The Red Light is still on even I tried off &  restart my Surge a few times and to remove & add it to my App again. 

What can I do??

My surge is only a year plus old...

A red light on a Surge indicates that it has detected a hardware problem. It's best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
