A red light appeared on the face of my Surge yesterday. My firmware is up to date, I tried to to a hard shut off. I have looked at forums.... still no answers. It didn't turn on until the app update yesterday.

@mommamimi2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend taking a look at this thread which is about the same issue. Try a restart on your Surge (check @SunsetRunner's steps on that post). If that doesn't work, report the problem to customer support.
