Actually my phone is a oppo phone and I have Fitbit surge actually speaking I have a high speed WiFi and a good phone with Bluetooth synced but whenever the download fr the Fitbit firmware goes it stops and shows as download failed ??? Help me out with a solution I am a student so I use Fitbit daily and pls do help me with the download failed

Thanks for reporting the issue that your Fitbit is having when updating the FW update. I think that you have to consider that the model of phone you're using is not listed in the Compatible Devices official list, which means that even if you download the Fitbit App, not all the features will work flawless.  

 

I'd suggest checking these instructions to get the update using a different mobile device. Please let me know if you encounter any error or message this time. You can use a computer if you have that option.

I received a Fitbit Surge as a gift and it won't update or sync.  I'm using a MacBookPro and iPhone 6.  Your service desk says there's a problem with the latest update.  When will it be fixed?
