Hi,

Anyone know where we can change the Surge Strap in London?

 

It has been 1.5 years, my strap is about to be broken 😞

The warranty on the Surge runs for 2 years from purchase in Europe (1 year outside Europe) so have a chat with customer support and they may be able to offer you a replacement:
