Replacement band splitting as well

Unbelievable......the new surge which was received today is already showing signs of coming unglued from the main body of the tracker......contacted customer support and guess what......we will send you out a new surge.....this will be number 4......wonder how long this one will last?

Oh....this one didn't even get out of the bag.....you could see it was faulty without even unwrapping it.....so yes fitbit not only supplys the high street with poorly made goods.....they will cut out the middleman and send them to you direct......what a joke
